About
Hi
I'm Andreas. I build software — mostly things I want to exist and that don't quite fit anywhere else. Dev tools, maps, IoT experiments, side projects that started as jokes and turned out useful.
This site is where I collect projects, write about what I'm building, and occasionally document something worth documenting.
What I work on
- Developer tools — things that make spec-driven and issue-tracked development less painful. Currently:SpecSync.
- Maps and geo tools — when a dataset has a natural geographic shape, putting it on a map is usually the right call. See: Medburgarplatsen.
- Creative tools — things that help people make something from whatever they have. See:Brick Now.
- IoT and home automation — ESPHome, sensors, automations, the occasional misbehaving device. Not always shipped as a product, but often written about.
- Electronics and hardware — soldering, embedded systems, retro hardware.
This site
Built with Astro, deployed on Cloudflare Pages, styled with a retro terminal aesthetic that felt right for a developer's personal site. Source is not currently public, but the stack is nothing exotic.
